Inspiration for Teachers

As I visit a variety of schools as part of my teacher training, I am finding many teachers who are using traditional methods because those approaches to learning "worked for them." This video is a reality check for anyone who is tempted to get too comfortable with yesterday's instructional strategies and goals.
